This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 5 year warranty on their furniture grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available. Cumulus filling is layered polyester designed to resist mildew and does not retain water and is recommended for outdoor application.
