Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 5 year warranty on their furniture grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available. Length of Warranty: Furniture Grade: 5 years

How do I order fabric samples?
For more information on each fabric and to order samples, please view Fabric Details while in the Fabric Selection Tool. You can even order our fabrics by the yard!

Because of variations from one computer screen to another, it's difficult to precisely match color samples on our website. We suggest that you purchase fabric samples if color matching is important to your individual buying decision.

PLEASE NOTE:Pillow measurements are based on the fabric cut length, not on the edge of the stuffed cushion. The measurements of the pillows once filled will be less than this measurement. A pillow made with 20 inches of fabric will, after filling, be roughly 16.5" to 18" (depending on the fabric and fill amount). This is not an exact guide, so please take this into account when entering your measurements. The finished width and height of pillows varies by type and total size. Please enter measurements based on the fabric cut sizes for your length and width.
